Removal

 PERFORMANCE ORDER

    Disconnect a negative cable from the accumulator. Remove ignition coil knots with a wire of high voltage. Disconnect the valve of compulsory ventilation and a hose of a sapun from a head cover. Separate an accelerator rope from a clip.
    Uncover a head of the cylinder (1) laying of a cover of a head of cylinders (2) and Au-shaped rings (3).

Installation

 PERFORMANCE ORDER

    Establish Au-shaped rings (2) and laying of a cover of heads of cylinders (1) on a cover of heads of cylinders (3).

Do not forget to check each of these details for existence of any damages or breakages before installation, and make replacement if damages are found.


    Establish a cover of a head of cylinders on a head of cylinders and fasten cover bolts to the specified rotating moment. The rotating inhaling moment: a bolt of a cover of a head of the cylinder (a) — 11 N • m (1.1 kg-m, 8.0 pound on foot).

At installation of a cover of a head of the cylinder track that laying of a cover of a head of the cylinder or Au-shaped rings did not fall or did not move a little.


    Fix an accelerator rope by a clip.
    Establish ignition coil knots with a wire of high voltage. Attach the valve of compulsory ventilation and a hose of a sapun to a head cover. Connect a negative cable to the accumulator.
