THE GENERAL DATA

The exhaust system consists of a reception pipe, каталитического the converter, an intermediate pipe and the muffler, an exhaust pipe and the muffler.

Removal

Each of exhaust system sections can be removed separately from the others.

PERFORMANCE ORDER

1. Remove a protective guard from below the engine and a cross-beam behind a transmission.

2. Turn off fixing bolts and fastening elements.

3. Turn off fixing nuts and disconnect a pipe from a final collector.

4. Turn off fixing bolts and remove a reception pipe.

THE KATALITICHESKY CONVERTER (EXCEPT MODELS WITH THE ENGINE 1Z AND AHU)

5. Disconnect a reception pipe from каталитического the converter.

6. Turn off fixing bolts and remove каталитический the converter.

INTERMEDIATE PIPE

7. Turn off fixing bolts and disconnect a pipe from каталитического
The converter and the muffler.

8. Remove an intermediate pipe.

EXHAUST PIPE AND THE MUFFLER

9. Turn off fixing bolts and an intermediate pipe.

10. Remove the muffler and a pipe from fastenings.

HEAT-SHIELDING SCREENS

PERFORMANCE ORDER

11. For removal of screens it is necessary to turn off fixing screws.
